RxplainER Patient

RxplainER navigates patients through their Emergency Department encounter. Videos and instant messages are streamed to tablets throughout the emergency department stay providing frequent updates on diagnostic plans, test results, and diagnoses. Patient satisfaction is assessed and instant feedback is given to providers. While not a substitute for face to face communication, RxplainER contributes to better communication in a busy health care setting.
